These terms of delivery apply to orders with place of delivery "Switzerland", with reservations to other agreements.

Shipping Costs

For customers in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, there is a flat rate for shipping and handling of CHF 6.00 ECONOMY or CHF 8.00 PRIORITY. (For custom-made orders or large quantities different shipping and handling charges may be negotiated.) The shipment will be sent from our warehouse in Frauenfeld.

VAT

All shop prices include Swiss VAT of 7.6%.

Delivery time

When orders are received on a business day before 11:30 o'clock, the delivery occurs on the same day, otherwise the following business day. According to your selection, shipping will be carried out by Schweizer Post ECONOMY (delivery time: 2 business days) or PRIORITY (delivery time: 1 business day).
