CH decal magnetic

The magnetic CH-plate is a convenient alternative to the usual CH-sticker. Thanks to the magnetic backing, you can quickly attach the CH-plate and also remove it just as fast. Another advantage compared to the traditional CH-sticker: The magnetic sign does not leave any residue on the car paint.

Prior to attaching the magnetic CH-plate, please make absolutely sure, that the car paint in your chosen spot is clean and dry. Dirt could, in some cases, prevent solid adhesion of the magnetic CH-plate and lead to scratches in the paint. You can use the magnetic sign in the rain but remove it after your journey and wipe it dry with a cloth.

At this point, you may be asking yourself whether a CH-plate is mandatory on a car. Swiss motor vehicles and trailers travelling internationally are required to display a clearly visible country decal on the back of the vehicle. Within the borders of Switzerland, it is your personal choice whether you outfit your car with a CH-sticker or not.
