Neodymium magnet system Ø 29 mm black rubber-coated with internal thread, holds approx. 11 kg

This neodymium magnet system has a metric internal thread and can be screwed together with objects having a suitable external thread. The rubber coating protects delicate surfaces from scratches and, at the same time, increases the load capacity in shear direction. The rubber protects the magnet from occasional moisture and splashes. Permanent outdoor use, however, may lead to the formation of rust. Our ferrite pot magnets, on the other hand, are rust-proof.

Compared to standard pot magnets without a rubber coating, this rubberised magnet system is thinner and more discreet. Under the rubber coating is a steel plate with a fitted magnet. Contrary to other magnet systems, you will not be able to combine type ITNG-25 magnet systems with each other.

Please note: This magnet system has a full-length internal thread, requiring extra care when threading screws, hooks and the like to prevent damage to the rubber coating.

The full adhesive force is achieved when the ferromagnetic counterpart is smooth and of sufficient thickness and when the magnet system makes direct and full flush contact. Magnet systems already start to lose part of their adhesive force at a small distance from the ferromagnetic surface. This characteristic is more pronounced in magnet systems than in other ferrite and neodymium magnets.
